Important Office Move Notice
For more than 40 years, Tulsa Eye Consultants has had the privilege of caring for the eye health of patients and families throughout our community. We are incredibly grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in us over the years, and we are excited to share the next chapter in our practice.
In the coming weeks, Tulsa Eye Consultants will be relocating from our CityPlex Towers office and merging with Oklahoma Medical Eye Group (OMEG). We are pleased to announce that Dr. Ben Pettigrove and Dr. Amy Cheatham will both be joining Dr. Chad Chamberlain, Dr. Jason Ellen and their outstanding team of providers and specialists at OMEG, allowing us to continue providing the personalized care you’ve come to expect while offering the convenience and resources of a larger multispecialty, multi-location practice.
We are thrilled to announce that our new offices are now accessible on the first floor, feature convenient parking, and boast modern facilities. These enhancements will make your visits to our new location easier and more comfortable compared to our previous CityPlex location.
As we transition to OMEG’s electronic medical record system and complete the
insurance credentialling process, there will be a brief adjustment period. During this time, our providers will become fully integrated into the system, and your medical records will be securely digitized and transferred to OMEG to ensure uninterrupted continuity of care.
Please be patient with all of us during this transition as some appointments may need to be rescheduled during this process. If your appointment is affected, a member of our staff will contact you by phone to assist with rescheduling.
Because Dr. Pettigrove’s credentialing is expected to take a bit longer, many of his
August appointments will likely need to be rescheduled. However, patients requiring
urgent eye care or ongoing treatment during this time may be seen by Dr. Cheatham or one of OMEG’s experienced providers. We are hopeful that most of Dr. Cheatham’s August appointments will remain as scheduled, as her credentialing is expected to be completed sooner.
If you need a prescription refill before being seen at our new location, please call our office directly rather than submitting your request through your pharmacy. Our current phone number will remain the same after the move.
While change always brings a period of adjustment, we are confident this partnership with Oklahoma Medical Eye Group will enhance your experience by expanding access to additional providers, locations, and services, while preserving the compassionate, personalized care you’ve always received from our team.
